Stories from families in Abuja
Behind every statistic is a family whose life has changed. Here are a few of their stories.
"Before STACI's clinic came to our area, we had to travel over 40 kilometres to see a doctor. My youngest daughter had severe malaria, and the team treated her immediately at no cost. She is healthy today because of them."
Amina Bello
Gwagwalada, Abuja
"My son was bright but our family could not afford school fees. STACI gave him a full scholarship and today he is learning coding at the academy. He wants to build apps that help other children like him."
Emmanuel Okoye
Kuje, Abuja
"We used to drink water from a stream that made our children sick every rainy season. STACI installed a borehole right in our community. For the first time, my children have clean water to drink every day."
